The personal information of their clients will be used solely and exclusively for the purchase of the services requested, giving the suppliers involved the necessary information for providing the services. Viajes Klassic does not exchange, sell, rent, nor release the information of its clients.

Viajes Klassic will send the customer commercial communications by electronic or postal means of the various products and services it provides, if it is voluntarily accepted by the client. Should you have any additional concerns about our privacy, please do not hesitate in contacting us.

Terms of use for the Web

This web site is owned by the Agency and no content may be modified, distributed, used, or reproduced and/or published under any circumstances. Any modification or use of the content on this site for other purposes than those permitted is a violation of the laws of copyright and intellectual property, as well as to the corresponding law.

The relationship of the web site of Viajes Klassic and the Client is that of independent contractors where none of the parties shall be deemed or constituted as a partner.

The client must be of legal age to use the site and accept the legal and economic obligations that this entails.

General conditions

  • Viajes Klassic S.A.C. (“the agency”) acts as an independent contractor between users and the entities or persons responsible for providing the accommodation, ground services or air transportation, food or any other contracted services, and is not responsible for any damage to the property of the client, loss, accident, delay or other injury caused by the contracted suppliers due to natural phenomena, disease, death, or any other situation beyond its control.
  • Even if the airlines are responsible for flight rescheduling, delays, cancellations or overbooking that may cause loss or differences in rate of accommodation, meals, transportation or any other additional payments, if these occur Viajes Klassic will do its best to assist their clients as a courtesy.
  • Activities such as trekking, horseback riding, boating, mountain biking or similar activities, imply that the passenger is aware of the risks undertaken. Therefore, Viajes Klassic cannot be responsible for their safety.
  • Passengers are responsible for visas, vaccination, permissions of under aged travelers and must have passports valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel.
  • Prices are valid only at the time of quoting and apply only if the payment has been completed and validated. Rates are subject to availability, change and leveling charges. The Agency is not liable for changes beyond its control such as changes in government taxes, variation of the General Sales Tax (or VAT), or other change without advanced notice of revenue authorities, governmental agencies or private entities, or other accidental event not possible to be predicted.
  • In case of cancellation, in addition to administrative fees, charges and penalties of the suppliers involved may apply. Some services may not be refundable. In case of a no-show, services are non-refundable. Groups are subject to the specified terms and conditions in each particular case.
  • Travel insurance is the responsibility of the traveler and it should cover medical expenses and emergency repatriation at a minimum. Inclusion of personal liability, cancellation, curtailment, personal effects and loss of luggage is strongly recommended.
